I have to be honest, I have stayed in several Tru by Hilton properties over the years, but this one has to be the least clean, terrible smelling, and most outdated that I have stayed in to this date. In addition to this, there is such few parking spots that when we left early in the morning on the day of our checkout, several vehicles were just parked right in front of the front door.
For starters in the lobby and elevator, there is a terrible odor that smells almost musty. In our room, the AC unit was so loud that I could hardly hear my wife when I was speaking to her. We spent our first day checking out Rock City but needed to come back to the hotel to prepare for a wedding. When I asked if I could get new towels, I was told I couldn't because they were still washing them.. It was almost 2pm. I just walked into the laundry room and received them. While this hotel is fairly inexpensive for a Hilton property, it needs a TON of updates and I wouldn't recommend staying here unless you absolutely have to.

Liked staff, parking and size of room.
Disliked when compressor came on made a loud, grinding noise like truck brakes. Also no rugs on floor in bedroom or bathroom.

Bad location, extremely poor room and impossible for 2 people to occupy the space without having to sit on the bed to allow anyone to pass, like being in a closet, I'd never recommend any Tru by Hilton, motel 6 is far more comfortable than Tru is, in name only it's Hilton, we'll never stay in any thing named Hilton

Very convenient to a highway. Great staff, good breakfast. We have stayed here several times as we travel to Chatt quite often. Never been disappointed.

Bathroom sink was clogged and my TV didn’t work. The floors and baseboards could be cleaner. Only needed a place to sleep so I just dealt with it. I did tell the front desk when checking out and they said they will get maintenance to take care of it
床罩是大床尺寸（Queen），但房间里却是特大床（King）。客房服务难道没发现床罩根本盖不住床吗？！纸巾盒里只剩下5张纸巾。窗帘也拉不开。床架在我们上下床的时候总是磕到小腿。床垫需要更换了，中间都鼓起来了。这是我们住的第五家Tru酒店，但这家店完全达不到我们对希尔顿旗下酒店的预期水平。
我们住得很愉快，但遗憾的是，住的四天里酒店都没有提供客房服务。不过，晚班前台小哥人非常好，甚至还帮我们换了房间。
我唯一想抱怨的是，我办理入住时，用的是*******，前台人员却找不到我的预订信息。他给了我一个电话号码，让我打电话过去，结果我坐在餐桌边吃饭，*******的人试图打电话解决问题，但他没有起身。我试着把手机给他，想和*******的人通话，但他也拒绝了，然后还说打电话的人是个骗子。他太粗鲁了！！退房时的前台非常友好，乐于助人！真希望我入住时能遇到他。除此之外，酒店非常漂亮干净！
