Place was overall clean, desk clerk was very nice. They do have hard water, and the toilets could have been cleaner. There were many bugs in our room (9 ladybugs, 1 stink bug, & 1 centipede). Understanding the hotel was on the outskorts of a very small town in the farm fields, we tried to be understanding. The hallway smelled a bit dirty, as if the carpets were cleaned with already dirty water.

The breakfast was good, decent choices and plenty of room to sit. The pool area and hotel was clean, but did run out of towels two days in a row. When we asked for more, the worker jumped on ot immediately.

The morning we left, there were 3 VERY obnoxious kids not being watched by their parents. They were old enpugh to know to be quiet & respectful, but chose not to (Maybe 9-12). They were throwing food in the breakfast area, screaming, jumping & splashing in the pool, throwing ice at each other in the main hallway, and running up and down the halls racing each other at 8am. Multiple people told the worker at the desk & maintaining the breakfast, but no one did anything.

I want to say you get what you paid for. Room was clean, easy check in & out, and amenities they listed were available. Just not the best stay at an Americinn before.

I stayed here many years ago and it has actually improved since then. The facility was clean and the young fella at the front desk was very friendly. My little one enjoyed time at the pool and I liked the hot tub. There were a variety of items at breakfast. Nothing fancy, but very convenient.

I will definitely stay here again.

Place was clean, bed was comfy, breakfast options good, close to downtown area and close to House on the rock. Staff friendly and helpful. Only things was the hallway and rooms where sort of musty/muggy. But clean and well maintained.
