Checking in and did not receive key cards. Front desk host had to walk us to the room to let us in. Room was very sub par for a Jacuzzi room. Definitely not worth the price. Probably wouldn't stay here again.

The room was clean and smelled like it was thoroughly cleaned! One thing that is terrible is the shower gel/shampoo dispenser. It barely provided soap/shampoo. It took more time to get a quarter size of those products than it should.

Mirrors in room smeared. Floors unswept. Floors not mopped. Bathroom gross looked like poop on door Toilet ran. Toilet so small like kiddie toilet. Almost slipped in tub & cracked my head. Tub faucet was cold or scalding. Bed broke down in middle, rolled to middle. Sheets had stains. Freaking gross. A/C was loud & barely cooled room with outside temp of 63. No vending machines to get drink or snacks. Breakfast was ok, coffee see through weak.

It was safe.
With the front door locked and had to have a key to get in and in your room.🙂 They could do better with cleaning. The bathtub and the floor had hair on it.The hair dryer was caked with makeup on handle.and You could tell The plate on the lights had not been dusted.and Neither was the furniture. It appeared the floors had not been mopped either.
In the toilets needed a real good scrubbing and around the sink And behind the faucet was like shaving clippings from hair. And the coffee pot had not been cleanedoubt.Still had the grounds in it from previous use

Place was awful. I’m not one to complain but yuck. There was hair stuck to the shower and dental floss on the floor. I had to find another hotel to stay. Gross

Front desk staff accommodating. Close to hi way. Odd exit onto property from main road (need better signage?). Breakfast a little disappointing (need some sort of microwave breakfast sandwich or heat and serve scrambled eggs with meat) , a tv in the breakfast area would help with ambience

Needs maintenance
The beds and rooms were pretty clean overall. Staff is accommodating and attentive. I would stay again but that doesn't mean there weren't issues.
The handle on the door to the room I was staying was extremely sticky and you would need 5+ attempts to open it. The toilet was no longer properly affixed to the floor and wobbled, thankfully it didn't leak or cause issues. The hot and cold valves on the shower were a guessing game at best. Once you finally had the water temp to a good comfy spot it would get extremely hot or extremely cold and you would need to maintain it the whole time you were bathing.
The stopper in the sink was also broken.
So while very clean... It lacked maintenance.

Disappointed
We were not impressed with our stay. The room smelled musty and the AC was off when we arrived which didn’t help. There was hair and other dirt on the floor in many spots and the bathroom smelled of urine. We had never stayed at a Red Roof Inn before but needed a place to sleep on a road trip. We didn’t expect top notch quality but we’re hoping for a better baseline standard of cleanliness and were disappointed. It was late and we were leaving first thing in the morning so didn’t feel the need to complain or try to switch rooms, but will say that staff was friendly and professional upon check in and check out.

Broken 1st floor window, dirty/stained comforters, clumps of hair and dust all's all over floor covering socks completely, urine covered bathroom I had to hand scrub to get stink out of room, cable TV freezes and so on. Worst stay anywhere I've been cleanliness wise. Unacceptable anywhere regardless of price. This was $355 for 3 nights and myself and my mother are highly disappointed and upset we spent money to experience a trip and this was part of it.
