Just across the street from AZ Boardwalk. All staff members that we came in contact with were bright, smiling, and cheerful. All carpets were clean and did not show fatigue. Will be using this hotel in the future. Hilton should be proud of this one.

Room wasn't ready at check-in time. It was 2 1/2 hours after check in that it was ready at 6:30 pm. After a long day of travel and a 2 hour time difference, this was disappointing. They also didn't respond to chat on the app for updates on when the room would be ready.

Always a great experience at Home2 Sweet Scottsdale. The room is spacious and clean. Didn’t get to use the pool but it always seems clean and inviting. Breakfast is always on point with good variety to choose from both sides. We will be booking here again as we frequent this area quite often when visiting family. Oh and check in is so fast and friendly staff on site. Recommend this hotel to anyone who is planning a trip to this area.

我们晚上到达酒店并办理了入住手续。一进房间，就闻到一股浓烈的下水道臭味。我们实在无法在这样一个充满粪便气味的房间里过夜。当我们回到前台时，那位女士非常友好，但她无法帮我们安排到两间套房，因为据说都已订满。她给我们安排了一间位于Tru区域的小房间，房间里没有两张大床，只有一张特大床，而且没有单间公寓。我们入住的房间与我们预订并已付款的房间相比，价格相差约70美元。酒店承诺会用希尔顿积分作为补偿，让我们下次入住时可以免费入住，但他们并没有兑现承诺，我们既没有收到积分，也没有收到代金券。
