Very friendly staff and area. We come for the Stevie Nicks concert at Colonial Life Arena. Every place we stopped people were very friendly. The Hilton we stayed at was very clean!!! Great staff!! Great breakfast!!! Highly recommend!!!!

The room was very small and humid. The pillows were not comfortable. The neighborhood was not as secure as I was hoping. The breakfast was fair, with the pancake maker broken. We left a day early and stayed at Fairfield downtown for about the same price and MUCH nicer

Amanda greeted us when we arriv d and assisted me later in locating ice and an ice basin. Breakfast was nice but several tables were dirty when we came down and stayed that way while we were in the dining area. Overall we had a pleasant visit.

房间挺大的，但是可能因为较新的缘故吧卫生间台面角落里还有墙粉掉落没有清理掉的，被子是床单薄被床罩三层夹着的，一不小心就会撒开都不知道自己盖了哪一层，第二天起床发现中间层上还有别人的精血有点难受！
这是一家很棒的酒店，还提供免费停车。一楼空间很大，划分了不同的区域。房间非常舒适，淋浴和床都很不错。我们住得很满意！早餐也还可以，有很多种茶可以选择，这点很好。
房间地板不干净，卫生间里还留着前一位客人的内裤，清洁人员也没清理掉。
我们非常喜欢这家酒店，度过了一个非常棒的周末，入住体验很愉快。酒店非常干净，员工服务态度一流，房间也很舒适。
我第一次入住体验本来非常好，直到2024年4月15日凌晨4点15分，有罪魁祸首触发了火警报警器……
