Ok, it was an enjoyable stay because we could relax without things being crowded. In terms of the hotel itself “You get what you pay for” and the property is old and worn. We stayed in 2 different rooms because the first had just too much wrong with it, but they changed us to another room and it was very good. I’d stay again.

The staff was friendly and tried to make us feel welcome, but the overall conditions of the facility were substandard; worst hotel I have ever stayed. This property should be removed from Expedias listings

Receptionist & Staff are very nice and friendly.
Hotel facilities is very good.
What I dont like is the road leading to the hotel, it’s very rough, dusty and I found it very inconvenient if u have to do some errands.
I recommend it but you need to deal with the road.

外表会骗人。虽然舒适且临海，但性价比不高。房间里有电视，但信号很差，除了餐厅以外，其他员工都很热情周到。不幸的是，餐厅当时正在举办公司团建活动，喧闹不堪，其他客人根本没法好好用餐。除了酒店餐厅，别指望在其他地方吃饭，因为没有其他选择。餐厅的食物低于平均水平，甚至我们点的菜里发现了一只死苍蝇，服务员也毫不在意，没有给我们换菜。早餐还不错，但价格过高。现在酒店居然没有无线网络……省下你的钱，选择其他地方去吧。
这家度假村与网上的描述完全不符。我们一家人到达时，迎接我们的是三四条家犬。工作人员带我们去了家庭房，但空调制冷效果很差，我们一行人中有一个两岁的孩子和一个行动不便的70岁老人。家庭房在三楼，而四层楼都没有电梯（网上并没有提到这一点）。房门锁很难用，浴室天花板上的油漆都剥落了，而且很不干净。我们无法继续入住，只好另找住处。我们在前台询问退款事宜，被告知要发邮件给Cocotel公司。至今，我们已经就这些问题和退款事宜向Cocotel发送了六封以上的邮件，但始终没有收到任何回复，这让我们感到非常不满。我们以后绝不会再入住这家度假村，也不会再入住任何Cocotel旗下的酒店。
我需要退款，我根本没在那儿住，因为根本没人接待，只有流浪狗。
