Room was outdated, window had a crack going across with a bunch of nasty stuff in between. Breakfast not good. Just your normal cereal, bagel, toast. The best part of this place was the hottub.

臭虫！！当我打电话告诉酒店我昨晚住在他们的酒店后被臭虫咬了时，他们什么也没说，没有说“很抱歉”之类的话，电话里一片寂静。我不得不问他们是否想知道我昨晚住在哪个房间。我房间的冰箱里还有吃剩的食物，他们说“哦，那个应该检查房间是否干净的人一定没有尽到责任”。我真心相信他们不会对臭虫问题采取任何措施，下一个住在那个房间的人醒来时会发现自己被臭虫咬了。
我喜欢房间的布局，非常宽敞。但是房间有很多问题。插座不能用，窗户破裂了，可以看到阳光，但应该密封。冷空气不断从大缝隙中进入。整个晚上我们被吵醒了好几次。一次是因为凌晨 3 点有两名警长进入大楼。另一次是因为凌晨 3:45 开始的一场持续 45 分钟的非常吵闹的泳池派对。最后一次是因为我认为是早上 6:45 工人换班，他们站在我们破损的窗户下面笑着、说话着、抽烟。我们租了房间，住了两晚，但在这种情况下绝对不能再住第二晚。我不得不打电话给我们的第三方预订机构取消预订，但他们不得不和前台的女士交谈才能完成。她拒绝了，说我们记得的前一天晚上的事情并没有发生。我亲自下楼和那位女士交谈，同时让预订代理打电话见证我们的交流。我告诉前台的女士，我有泳池派对噪音的视频，她同意让我们取消第二晚的住宿。她不是个很好的女士，告诉我们需要在上午 11 点之前收拾好行李离开酒店。我们很快就离开了酒店，永远不会再回来了。
