Everyone from check in to valet to the restaurant staff were AMAZING! So friendly. The hotel is clean and so beautiful. And the food was *chef’s kiss* fresh and delicious. The pool and hot tub were luxurious and clean. It was a delicious stay and I will definitely be back.

booked a double queen two months before out stay, but was told they were "sold out" when we went to check in. This was prepaid, we were offered a king bed room and given a voucher for two free breakfasts. When we got to the room, the smoke detector was "chirping" every few seconds. By the time maintenance came by, it had stopped because my husband turned it the last quarter turn to get it settled. 10 minutes later it started chirping again. The sliding doors to the bathroom didn't close properly. The hotel is very close (3min walk) to the Paramount Theater and loads of shops and restaurants. Great location, easy parking, 8 minutes away from the Amtrak station. Other than some of the issues with the room, a nice place to stay. Great bar and restaurant in the building.

Room was clean and roomy, very pleasant. I liked the security of having to scan the room key to get up to the room especially since I was alone. Great bar and lobby area. Mike was a great bartender.

唯一不足之处是枕头。作为一家高档酒店，枕头应该更好一些！
