The room was clean and the staff was amazing!!! I really enjoyed my stay at Omni!!! It was my second time staying there!!! I barely had to drive because everything was in walking distance!!! Definitely will be back!!!

The location is perfect closed to everything at a walking distance. The hotel is very clean, rooms, lobby, etc.

The room was fine but the phone did not work correctly, the TV would not stop switching from channel to channel, the elevator had beer spilled inside of it, and the parking, food, etc were all an up charge. You’re forced to use valet or self parking that cost additional. There weren’t very many amenities at all. The bar was nice. The hotel staff received my complaints about the room and to my knowledge nothing was done as the problems persisted.

The room was beautiful! I haven’t received my receipt through email yet which is one reason I’m giving it three stars. (Checked out yesterday) The other reason I’m giving it three stars is because they were using leaf blowers at 6:50 am on a Sunday morning outside the hotel! We were on the 11th floor and I had ear plugs in and it still woke me up. It was a lovely room but they could go the distance on customer relations.
