At the time, our operating system was undergoing maintenance, which unfortunately caused an unusually slow process. I understand how frustrating this must have been, especially after a long journey.I would also like to clarify the matter regarding the early check-in. When you called prior to arrival, I personally took your call and confirmed that you were more than welcome to check in early, as you were travelling with family members including senior citizens. I then informed my team during the handover not to apply any early check-in surcharge, as this was a courtesy we extended to you as a goodwill gesture. 机场附近性价比突出的四星级酒店,比较舒适。卫生间带浴缸,长途驾驶后,泡热水澡能解除疲劳。往来机场候机楼有收费巴士,单程8. 5新元。
房间住着挺舒服,但是朝向马路的房间真是是太吵了,门口的路大车小车日夜不停的,吵得我一晚没睡好;第二天换了朝花园的房间,虽然不吵了但是是一楼,房间潮湿睡得不舒服😞
服务:点名前台** 戴眼镜的 不适合服务行业 不知道为什么老板用这样的员工做前台 愁眉苦脸 好像欠她钱一样 没有服务意识 很冷漠 表情奇怪 🤔
我们在奥克兰 Naumi 酒店只停留几个小时,本来想好好休息一下。酒店设施还行,其他工作人员也都不错,但前台的服务态度让人非常失望。
大约中午 12:20 办理入住时,这位女前台全程黑脸、语气冲得很,完全没有基本的礼貌其实就是搞歧视。她办理完突然提到“提前入住费”,然后又用很不耐烦、刻薄的语气意思说说她帮我们避免了这个费。全程莫名其妙,给人感觉不是在提供服务,而是在摆脸色、训客人。
作为酒店的第一印象窗口,前台的态度极差,严重影响了入住体验。即使只住几个小时,也让人感觉被冒犯、不受尊重。体面,但在这里,反而收获了不被尊重的体验。跟澳洲的时候对比可真是太鲜明了呵呵。
住的是一楼的特色客房。房间不错,就是床有点硬。
工作人员都非常乐于助人,也很友善。
餐厅就有点让人失望了,三年前我住过两次,那会儿的食物超级棒。这次简直太糟糕了。我花39美元点了一份羊排,又硬又嚼不动,一点都不好吃。
酒店离机场很近,打优步比坐穿梭巴士方便多了。
下次还会再来住,但会在外面吃饭。
优点:大堂很漂亮,早餐非常好。虽然酒店不像其他几家那样就在机场,但离机场很近。停车费10美元,还算可以。租车或者乘坐8美元的付费班车可能更划算,可以节省出租车费。缺点:房间虽然经过装饰,但感觉还是又旧又暗。房间里有潮湿的感觉。我们检查了床铺,看起来没有臭虫,但我被叮咬得全身发痒。我确实在房间里看到类似飞蚊的虫子。不确定是不是这些虫子咬的。不像其他酒店那样提供免费饮用水。
我们非常喜欢这里。酒店的独特小细节让它与众不同。床和枕头都非常舒适。床品质量极佳,毛巾也又大又好。绿洲房的浴缸非常奢华,如果能提供一些泡泡浴液或浴盐就更完美了。餐厅很棒,自助早餐美味可口,而且包含在房费里。非常感谢,我们还会再来的。谢谢你们允许我们延迟退房。酒店靠近机场,交通便利。
从皇后镇到奥克兰后,因为第二天就要飞,所以选择了住在机场酒店。作为一家机场酒店,他们提供机场巴士到酒店大堂接送,这一点真的非常非常方便。
一家不错的酒店,有停车场(每次出入收费10新西兰元)。离机场也很近。
酒店很大房间多,服务态度不错,位置离机场近,去city公共交通约2小时。房间挺大,但灯光比较暗,浴室花洒水量很大。但一楼有蚂蚁,而且隔音很一般,附近房间早上6点多早起出门走廊的声音很大被吵醒。整体不错。
这次入住奥克兰 Naumi 酒店真的超出预期!
一进酒店就被它独特又艺术感十足的设计吸引,前台服务特别热情,入住办理很快,还贴心给我升级
房间非常干净宽敞,床睡起来超级舒服,配色和灯光让人一进门就放松下来。
