Staff was courteous, room clean,food as expected. Very hot water in morning not so much in afternoon.

We always stay here when we are in the area to visit family. We always have a great experience and stay.
Today, when we went to take a shower, it was cold. No hot water for either of us.
My husband went to use the public bathroom after having breakfast and found.. no toilet paper, no hand towels and no hand soap. A little disappointed in the lack of attention to such minor but essential items.

Room is fine breakfast good although pancake machine out of order. Shower floor very dirty because it has those gritty stickers so you don’t slip but they fill with dirt.

Miranda was working the front desk. There was a need to switch our rooms because of presence of a water bug. She insisted on moving us to a suite. She was excellent with her service to my wife and I
