The place was nasty. And dirty. Nothing like pictured. We were given a dirty room first time, rooms were switched out after going back to office. My room smelled HEAVILY of cigarette smoke. BLACK mold on the walls, tiles broken off the wall revealing a hole next to bathtub. Mysterious water on the floor. Breakfast was JUST bagles and muffins. The guy at the counter couldnt be bothered to set up the breakfast stuff. Another customer did it. Waffle maker was broken. Front desk guy stared us down and was incredibly rude.

Excellent and friendly staff. The rooms however are very worn. Baseboards falling off, carpets worn out, dirty, shower curtain in horrible shape. Bathtub has rust stains and tile caving in. Worn out furniture. Carpets need replaced. Overall ok for $65.

Freddy, kicked us out, due too THERE OWN FAULT IN THERE SYSTEM! Not mine! Threatened to call the cops even though my sister paid for the room not me, never will return back too this property ever and I mean ever again! I’ll be lucky if I don’t get fired from my job because of them!

Check in was sad… staff could not get us checked in as room was marked dirty. Offered upgrade for a fee then checked the room and it was deemed “clean.” I asked for recommendations of things to do he had no idea. Ceiling is covered in mold, spiders and webbing, it also cover the window treatments and toilet room ceiling. The curtains would not stay closed I had to use a hair clip to close them. Could not get hot water in the evening, thank God we got it at 5 am. No one in the lobby at 6am nor any breakfast or coffee set up. Shortly after 7 there was juice and coffee with the ability to make a waffle. The room stank of stale cigarettes. The property was not safe feeling. The door lock on our room was pulled out of the wall. Even with the cheap price this was horrendous. Oh yeah and our room faced the highway so loud as can be.

I've stayed at this location multiple times. Rooms are hit or miss on quality ranging from crumbling walls to completely normal room. However, it's clean and safe for travel. Reccomend the non-smoking side for the best quality room.

Unfortunately, my stay was NOT enjoyable. There were people up late into the night (Wednesday). The Cable was out. I found it out in my room. I complained, WHY didn’t they tell me that at Check In? A $50 CASH fee is held and is returned in the morning. Not sure why. They didn’t check my room before I left. It’s just an inconvenience. I found roaches in the bathroom. Disappointing…

I liked clean indoor pool. I did not like the options for breakfast. The staff said they were out of supplies.

Plus: The staff was beyond helpful, going out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable, the parking was convenient. The location is easy to reach off the highway. The refrigerator and microwave worked well.
Cons: in need of maintenance. Big hole in carpet, spackle on wall repair not painted. Desk chair was defective, the level mechanism was broken, so the seat was about a foot off the ground. The laundry machines were not working.
Biggest Plus: Horse Cave's Hidden River Cave is only a few minutes from the motel. It's a must-see!
