Meh. Probably wouldn’t stay again.
Room was not cleaned properly. Phone in room did not work properly. Had to ask twice and wait almost 2 hours for toilet paper to be brought to the room. Asked for clean towels and was told “probably not because the hotel was fully booked and they were just too busy”. I did not receive the towels at all. The hostesses seemed like they didn’t want to help at all. They had a little attitude towards me when asked for anything. Had a few issues checking in also.

I like the cleanliness of the hotel and very comfy beds but when we checked in, no greeting and he looked very serious and mean just the way he looked. He didn’t tell me to wait, he was serving another customer who was waiting to the side, it was dead silence. When it was my turn he ask me a question and I said checking in. Then he ask is it under your name and so I told him of course it’s under my name, who’s name would it be under because I didn’t like his demeanour

Newer building and the lounge having a menu in the evening was convenient. Breakfast was good. The pool is small but worked for the kids.
