前台服务热情周到细心，早餐水果新鲜好吃，菜品丰富，咖啡☕很好喝，一楼有日本餐厅，很方便。每次Cikarang 必须此酒店！值得推荐！
房间很大，而且还有国标插座，卫生也很好，价格也合理
服务挺棒的，比预期的要好挺多，早餐也可以，我是在前台加了钱购买的，晚餐也有自助，会经常变花样，交通也有酒店可以安排
整体还是可以，至少和国内一些比较干净的连锁酒店差不多吧。然后交通出行还可以，比较舒服的是早上的早餐还可以，相对来说的话。
位置很好。员工友善乐于助人。房间需要增加电源插座，因为现在的旅客通常有很多电子设备。早餐还行，但如果能提供更多新鲜沙拉就更好了。
