由于早上航班到伊斯坦布尔,本来还担心不能入住要在酒店大堂坐到下午,早上办入住时,酒店前台女服务员告知房间已准备好可以提前入住,特别赞👍。酒店可以看海,去伊斯坦布尔会展中心也不远。
我们在伊斯坦布尔奥托马雷丽笙酒店住得很愉快。房间干净、宽敞又舒适。我们非常喜欢酒店免费升级房间,以及抵达时贴心准备的零食,这些小细节真棒!
因为我们入住期间天气很冷,空调系统一开始没有启动,但我们打电话后,前台团队反应迅速,很快就帮我们启动了电源。
总的来说,这是一次很好的体验,住得很舒适。
我们第二次来,非常满意,从前台工作人员、客房清洁人员到泊车小哥,每个人都很好。
房间非常好,海景真海景,冷热水有点点小问题,调水温不方便其他都OK,早餐口味问题除了黄瓜番茄japati没什么吃的
我们向房间要了烟灰缸和餐具,都送过来了。酒店环境和清洁度都很好。唯一让我感到不解的是酒店停车竟然收费。说实话,一家这样品质的酒店采取这样的收费方式让我感到很惊讶。除此之外,我没有发现其他缺点。
槽点太多了。这里缺一个好的管理者,但服务人员没得说,都很爱笑,有礼貌也乐于助人,就是需要更好的管理。
酒店没有停车场简直是灾难!每天还要收停车费,太荒谬了。即使我停在一个很合理的位置,停车员居然跑到酒店里,硬是要把我的车开到停车场,这让我无法理解。房间的灯光也不好。下次还会住吗?绝不!

这个酒店我们不是很满意。卫浴很难使用,牙刷我问酒店要了很多次,直到退房都没给我们。酒店的餐厅味道也不是很好。
