Amy was very friendly She stood out the most everyone else was kind But they had no smiles on their faces Amy went over and above very vibrant and happy As far as your property ghost there was some hairs on the bed spread when we first walked in the room the bathtub drain did not hold water it needs an adjustment Baseboards coming off of walls especially around the ice Maker I noticed these things because I too am a maintenance man for a trucking company But overall the outside of the property seemed to be clean I walked into the pool area it seemed to be very nice I just wish you had a hot tub I would have loved to soak my back I will consider staying at your place again next time I come through Portsmouth

Website says they have a hot tub, they don’t. Pool had green stuff around the top. There was a black spot on the shower curtain and dirt on the floor next to the bed. The floor by the desk and air conditioner was caving in. My husband sat in a chair and fell backwards and hit the floor because the chair was broken. The air conditioner also didn’t work so we had to sleep with the window open. I didn’t get any rest at all. Very disappointed.

Room needed a deep cleaning, bed was comfortable, shower ok, staff very nice, breakfast lacking.

Clean but a bit dated, super friendly staff, very small parking lot was an issue as hotel was full and not enough spaces to park. Hot tub was advertised online but when we got there there was only an indoor pool.

Put us on 3rd floor because they said it is quite. There was a Mexican party going on until 4:00am in the room by us. There were so many people we were afraid to complain. One of the drunks even tried to on our door because he was blitzed. Yelling, fighting all night. My wife and I fill like we were ripped off

the place is a dump and i booked it not knowing how bad. stay away from this one. they gave me a room with a tv that they already knew was broken and did NOTHING about. Besides the really BAD odor in the hotel AND room there are too many other things to list here. if you like dirty stinky hillbilly heaven then this dump is for you.

I had a room on the second floor and there were children above me running back and forth on the floor above me. Also, I requested a late check-out, was appproved, and paid the extra fee. However, it wasn't communicated with the morning staff or put in their notes. They began knocking on my door at 11 am and I explained that I had a late check-out to housekeeping. They knocked again at noon saying they didn't have record of it. I had to show my bank statements and tell them I hadn't checked in until 7 pm for the matter to be resolved.
