酒店回复: I am sorry to see your stay was not up to your expectations. Upon reviewing your reservation, the room type reserved was a 1 King Bed Deluxe Studio Suite. That room type does have a jacuzzi tub. We have 2 of those rooms, one has a pull out couch the other does not. There was no notation that a pull out was needed, also it was listed as 2 adults, 0 children. As for the smell in the room, we will definitely check into this issue. There has been no water damage to that room, however with all the wet/severe weather we have experienced lately it is possible that is the cause.Regardless, it saddens me to see you were so dissatisfied. We work hard to provide a clean, comfortable stay for our guests every time and I am sorry to see we did not meet our goals this time. Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback, and we wish safe travels wherever you go!

The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful for finding local places to eat. We traveled on motorcycle and the parking lot secure with on property security cameras. We didnt eat breakfast

Dirty and smelly
The hotel was dirty, our room smelled funky. The doors that allow people to enter the hotel after hours wasn’t locked. This was a last minute booking or we would’ve stayed somewhere else. I’ll never stay here again though.
