卫生:挺干净的,
发现浴室里有蟑螂后,我立刻就去查看了。咖啡壶脏得令人作呕,放咖啡粉的滤网里竟然还有一只死蟑螂,太恶心了。我短期内不会再来了。
接待员非常不友好。泳池虽然看起来很干净,但由于水未经处理而关闭。早餐只有一份谷物棒。我们入住期间没有客房清洁服务。
第一个房间里有蟑螂,第二个房间的灯坏了,水槽都快散架了,电视遥控器也失灵了,枕头上还有污渍。
糟糕的房源,除非你喜欢蟑螂,否则千万别住这里。
第二天早上没有早餐……淋浴间有水垢,浴室很脏……没有台灯。
我在这里预订了一晚,但他们没有尊重我的预订。我到那里时,前台没有人,门也关着,我按铃想找人说话,但没人接听。
既然你们不打算接待客人并给他们房间,为什么你们还要接受预订?
为什么你们在下午 5 点应该开门的时候锁门?
服务太差了!!!
