Staff did best they could and I do understand it was over the holidays so I am taking all of that into consideration. With that said , the hotel needs updating and upkeep. Ice machines, elevators, washing machines were out of order. Room was fairly clean but showers were old and moldy the floor tile was coming up out of grout . Lobby furniture was beat up as well.

The room was clean and ready for us when we got there. The hotel was showing a little wear (elevator and ice machine out of order), but overall it was a good stay. The breakfast was typical, but the staff was excellent!

******* sent me to the wrong hotel I asked to be booked in Lubbock and I was booked in silo some place was an hour away from where we wanted to go. And the hotel that was booked was dirty there was a leaking roof the attendant was not there to check us out. Pick up running out of eggs and bacon on the breakfast selection.

I apologize that your stay with us was not as you expected also, and that you felt our hotel was dirty. Unfortunately, the leaking roof was due to a main hot water pipe that burst days earlier and we had been waiting for the exact parts needed to make the repair with the hotel being so full thru the weekend we did not want the guest without water for a long period of time so we put off the repairs for a few days so the leak was patched temporarily we are sorry for this inconvenience but we were doing everything we could for our guest. The repairs have been completed now, and the ceiling is being repaired tomorrow. We were very busy over the weekend, and I had only one kitchen attendant working breakfast that morning, so I am sure she was doing her best to keep up with the breakfast selection as things go out, she cooks to refill so I apologize if you had a wait time. We are very sorry for the issues you incurred during your stay, and we do hope that in the future you will choose to stay again with us and give us the opportunity to make your next stay a much better one. Thank you
