ZERO STARS if I could give it. My family has stayed at this hotel for many years when visiting local relatives, often booking multiple rooms. Unfortunately, there is clearly new management, and this was by far the worst hotel experience I have ever had. All 5 rooms were the same. The room was absolutely filthy. The floors were sticky to the point that we had to wear socks at all times, or the bottom of our feet would be black (see dirty towel pic after walking barefoot in the room). The TV remote was also sticky and had to be handled with a tissue. The bathroom outlets did not work, broken metal in room outlets, there were stains on the walls, and even the comforter had visible stains. When I asked for the comforter to be replaced, I was told the dryer was old and that with the number of guests, some linens don’t fully dry-(it was never changed) all of this was completely unacceptable. The biggest concern was safety. People were staying there for weeks at a time due to construction work, and there were portable grills set up all over the parking lot, some lit directly next to the rooms. This posed a serious fire hazard. On the second night, I checked the fire alarm in our room and discovered it did not work at all—there wasn’t even a backup battery installed. After the first night, I requested either a different room or proper room service, giving them the benefit of the doubt since we had never had issues here before. All concerns were reported to the front desk, and I was told the office manager would be aware. At checkout, the manager reviewed my photos and was extremely rude and had a snappy excuse for all of the problems. She also said, “If I didn’t have a battery in my room at 3 AM, I would go down to the front desk and ask for one myself,” which is completely unacceptable. Guests should not have to inspect safety equipment or fix issues themselves when paying for a room. The manager told me the owner, Mr. Patel, would be in later that afternoon and would contact me. I never received a call. When I followed up the next day, I was told he rarely comes in. It has now been over a month with no contact. I am honestly shocked that this property passes any inspections or building codes. This place is unsafe, unsanitary, and completely mismanaged. We want a refund and keep getting the run around. I will never stay here again, and wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone!

Disgusting room-finger and handprints all over doors, marks/stains, doorknob hanging, mirror filthy, rusted lamps and chair, no batteries in smoke detector, dead bug on floor, sticky counters. Only reason we stayed was because there are NO other hotels there and next town is 30 minutes away.

Room had a strong cleaning solution. so much that we were tasting it. bathroom could be updated with a new tub. Toilet could be higher, overall it was clean and we were comfortable except for the strong smell.

Hoping for an upgrade.
We have stayed here many times but it has really run down over the years. It needs renovation. Paint peeling off walls, phone not working, shower was difficult to manage.

SCould not get shower controls to work properly. Faucet leaked.
My biggest complaint is with *******! It cost us more to pay for the room thru ******* (Like $34 more!) than it cost to pay for the room direct thru the hotel reservations!! Will not use ******* again!

Close to where we needed to be.
Much too expensive going through *******. The room cost was $93.23. ******* charged over $130. to make the reservation. Next time I'll do it directly.

Needs Update
The hotel was clean and the staff friendly. The hotel needs to be updated. Lamps and fixtures show rust. The bathroom fixtures are old and outdated (hard to operate). Rooms just need to be updated. I only stay here because it's the only reasonably priced hotel in my small town

We were given a smoking room and told that it was the only accommodation available. The chair in the room should have been removed long ago and the carpet needed cleaning. The door to the bathroom vanity needed repair. It literally fell in the floor. We have stayed there before and the rooms were much better then.

Welcoming and kind staff
The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. However, the linen on my bed had hair and dirt which tells me CLEAN linen was not on the bed when I arrived.
