The room wasn't clean. There was hair in the shower and hair in the bed. Called down for new sheets around 10pm, they bring them up and here I am changing the whole bedding. Front desk said they would email me about it but never did. Will not stay there again.

We stayed here before a cruise and it was perfect! Parking was secure. It was a walkable distance to all we needed. This has probably become our go to stay prior to cruising!

Room was ok. Staff checkin process was bad. Checking in at 4pm sucks after sleeping in the car for 3 hours & waiting in the lobby for 1 hour. Breakfast srambled eggs & oatmeal was good.

I paid for an ocean-view room and they gave me one on another side of the hotel. They didn’t refund me the price difference that I overpaid. I’m going to file a complaint to see if I can get my money back. The A/C was not working well, and I think the rooms are not very clean. The breakfast was poor; by 8:30 a.m. they had already run out of milk and pancakes, and only one of the machines to make them was working. The elevator was not clean and the smell was very unpleasant.

Breakfast was great!!! Staff was so friendly!!! Our balcony room had a view of the gulf!! This Holiday Inn was the best we’ve stayed at!!

I did not realize there was a motorcycle rally, happening the weekend I stayed there. You can only imagine the noise level. It was constant, until 2am.
The room smelled like artificial room air freshener.
The staff at the hotel was super friendly.
