微波炉坏了，他们拿来一个超小的微波炉，占地方，一直没打扫卫生，卫生纸也用完了！！有人投诉我们安静点，当时只有我和两个孩子，而且我们也不吵！！！残疾人专用车位上没有牌照的车，让我很难找到需要车位又有牌照的人！我还得取消我的会员卡，因为我的两条毛巾沾上了染发剂，他们竟然要收500多美元。而且他们已经扣了100美元的押金和5天的住宿费了！！！
我爱洲际酒店集团！
我一直很喜欢住在洲际酒店集团旗下的酒店，因为每次服务都很棒，房间的整洁程度一流，设施也很棒。虽然其他人可能有不同的看法，但对我来说，这感觉还不错。
不太理想
入住体验令人满意。如果不是到得太晚，我本来会要求换一间房。房间里有猫尿味，浴室地板很脏，空调声音很大。

清洁度方面还有待提高。酒店里弥漫着难闻的气味，走廊里还有一位顾客房间的垃圾，还有无人看管的孩子。

我们的房间有点烟味。由于墙壁很薄，而且隔着两个房间就能听到电梯的声音，晚上很难入睡。关上门就能听到走廊里的任何声音，以及隔壁客人发出的任何声音。如果你喜欢安静入睡，我不推荐这家酒店。
我们午夜刚过就想入住，结果被拒之门外，说酒店规定，如果到晚上7点还没收到预订人的消息，即使已经付款，也会取消预订。结果我们晚上没地方住了。前台工作人员的态度也很粗鲁。
