We have stayed here 3 or 4 times now. We always enjoy it because the pool is always a comfortable temperature. This last time we stayed in room 111. Its like the tolet wouldn't refill, and the shower wouldn't work properly. We still wouldn't hesitate to book this hotel again.

Heating system cycles often and fan was noisy. On the last day we changed it to low and it was better.

The room was tidy and staff was friendly. When I booked online, breakfast was supposed to be included, but it was just tea or coffee. Kinda misleading.

The room was in good condition but the water pressure ****** in the shower and there weren't many amenities like shampoo or conditioner. Good beds and clean room though.

Things were as pictured in the room. Glad to be on road side do to train. All in all good trip. Hotel was good for price.

Front desk staff was very helpful and friendly.
We had the Queen deluxe room and it was nice to have the extra table and chairs and the divider between the rooms with the sink and good sized refrigerator ! Room was clean and beds were comfy.

Firat of all the staff was excellent from phone calls before we checked in.When we checked in and throughout the whole visit, absolutely amazing. I travelled from Canada 🇨🇦 with 2 young girls
I requested an early check in. And they got us in at 12p! Check in is normally 3p
We went to Cedar Point and thats only 12 minutes away. Lots of shoppimg and dining in the area. Easy to get to Price was excellent too for the room we got which had cupboards in the mini kitchen, fridge, sink and microwave
And 2 queen beds. Only complaint....you only got a small bar of soap for the shower. (Similar to the size of a ritz cracker) I'll definitely stay again. But ill bring my own body wash

房间很干净，床也很舒服。泳池和热水浴缸也很棒。工作人员也超级友好。Arbys & Wendys 距离酒店步行可达，真是锦上添花！酒店就在高速公路（州际公路）旁，交通便利，上下高速公路非常方便！去雪松点 (Cedar point) 的绝佳住处。沿着这条路走 15 分钟就到了。以后还会再住这里！
他们告诉我们没有预订，还给他们看了邮件。他们骗我们说他们试图打电话和发邮件给我们。然后，就因为我们只剩一个房间可以住一晚，他们就对我们之前预订的房间每间房多收了40美元。我们不得不让他们刷房卡才能进房间，一共刷了4次，还刷了其他8间房。然后他们还怪我们房卡离手机太近。我们以后再也不住这里了。
