The room was nasty, the heater didn't work. They wouldn't let us have another room. The description said bath shower combo. Only nasty shower. No WIFI. THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE. We came here because of the ratings. This Hotel is a POS. Fake ratings! Not sure if we trust ******* any longer.

Breakfast was good and hot. We could clearly hear the TV next door through the locked door this morning at 6 but everything else was very good.

We've stayed here before. It's always clean. Fast checkin/checkout. Great breakfast. Safe location. Easy to find.
Needs better toilet paper.

Good value for the money
The room was hot when i arrived. The AC cooled it down, but was a little noisy.
The hot water took a long time to warm up.
Would definitely stay again though!

The breakfast is good but they may vary something between en days. 12 days the same menú. But everything in general was excellent.

Very clean. Staff was friendly and welcoming. We slept great on nice bedding and quiet room.

What's good
The gentleman at the desk was very helpful we arrived early and he still was able to get us in the room right away without charging us extra which was really nice of him I must admit.

Hotel told us there computer showed diffrent room request so had to pay more for room wanted fridge didnt work there hot tub was cold as ice and breakfast was watery

Not kid friendly. Pool NOT open in the morning due to "several hours" of maintenance.

酒店回复: We are children friendly for all registered guests, hotel amenities are for registered guest only you had more 5 children who were not registered this causes a liability issue. Rules and Regulations are posted inside the pool area.
