房间干净,只是比较小而已,可能我们的房间是放了三张床的缘故吧,从京都站走过来20分钟左右,安静的街区,附近有家便利店,还有家摩托车店
这大概是我此行住过的最差的酒店了。
1. 延迟入住。我当时想着没什么大不了的,等着就好,但前台连个等候区,哪怕是几把椅子都没有。漫长的等待持续了一个小时。更离谱的是,我看到有些客人在下雨天被拦在门外不让进。
2. 入住手续也很不顺利。虽然说是自助办理,但所有操作都是工作人员完成的:按按钮、扫描护照。过程中这台“神奇”的机器还卡住了几次。
3. 安全系统很奇怪。酒店会给你一个房间密码才能进入。问题是,有些房间的密码输入面板上能看到指纹,所以要猜到密码轻而易举。建议酒店擦拭面板时,不要留下任何能辨认出密码的痕迹。其实,如果用房卡就完全可以解决这个问题了!
4. 房间很脏。我们甚至在地上发现了三根发夹,不是在床底下,而是就在桌子旁边。窗户外面就是一堵墙。
5. 位置非常不方便:离主要的景点都很远。
不推荐这家酒店,如果可以的话,还是预订其他地方吧。
酒店很干净。因为是自助入住和退房,所以没有工作人员在场。如果你打电话并等待,会有工作人员出现。酒店位置距离车站大约15分钟步行路程。附近没有商店或餐馆。除了每三天更换一次毛巾,没有客房服务。如果你想省钱的话,这里的房价会比其他酒店稍微便宜一点。房间有窗户,但是不能打开,也没有什么风景。
退房时我们迟了半个钟退,店员说只要十点后没退房,直至中午十二点,就要罚款1000日元,我欣然接受,想着那我交罚款吧。可是到了十一点,店员再次敲门进来说,十一点要强制退房,我们不营业了!
我想知道基本的信任何在,职业素养何在,罚款我肯定交,但是为什么一开始说直到十二点再退房可以,结果到了十一点就强制进门要求退房,我在十一点之后离开酒店,还看到店员还在工作!欺诈,不职业,行业之耻!
我已经明确港清楚了,职员企十点时候同我港,十点至到十二点退房收1000日元,我接受了!不过到左十一点,佢即刻敲门赶我地走,话十一点不营业了,钱我交了,不过点解要欺骗我话十二点走都得。系唔系国际游客就抵被坑骗,可悲!
M’s 京都站TARUYA酒店,一家自助型的连锁商务酒店,预订後酒店会发邮件告知“入住码和酒店門警密码”,办理入住和退房時都需要(办理的显示屏有中午可选)。前台下午三点会有工作人员指导,其他时间都在干清洁工作。
酒店距离京都站15分钟步行路程,也可在京都站前搭乘巴士抵达,桜花季的京都住宿都非常贵,所有退而求其次选择M’s 京都站TARUYA酒店,坐落于下京区西本愿寺的樽屋町安静的小巷里,有家百年食店;纵横交错小巷四通八达,走出小巷就有公交站和便利店,去東寺夜景步行可到……下榻四晚的体验很好,房间清洁,安静,总之明智的选择,省了银子!
酒店比较偏僻,但很安静,有自助洗衣服务,但是很贵800日元洗烘干,而且洗完还是不干的 还要自己给钱单独再烘干。
入住了这家京都的酒店,体验非常令人失望。
下午4点才能入住。我下午3点20分就到了,房间明明是空的,但他们却不让免费提前入住。要么顶着大热天等,要么支付1000日元提前入住费。还没有可以坐着等的地方。长途旅行后遇到这种事,感觉就是在敲诈。
在前台办理入住花了很长时间,工作人员录入信息慢吞吞的。在其他酒店(大阪、冲绳)办理入住都快多了。
房间本身也是一个槽点:
* 浴室墙壁上有前一个客人的头发。
* 马桶盖有裂缝。
* 空调看起来很久没清洗了,住了一晚之后我就开始咳嗽发烧了。
进门系统也很奇葩:没有普通的房卡,房间门和酒店大堂的门都需要记住密码,非常不方便。
酒店位置也不好:离京都站步行约15分钟,附近只有几个公交车站。几乎没有什么咖啡馆和商店,最近的也要走大约5分钟。
总的来说,后悔选择了这家酒店。不推荐。
自助办理入住,退房,房间不大,离京都站不远,旁边挨着西本愿寺,除了吃饭不太方便,其它还好。
非常非常棒 几乎可以说是一尘不染 离京都站商圈不远 对于走路厉害的人来说 离几个著名景点都不算特别远 步行一小时以内可以到 服务就不用说了 实在太棒了 日本酒店的装修都是中规中矩 五脏俱全 但大多数房间不大
房间真的挺干净的,就是前台那个系统真心迷惑,看似自助其实不然,然后前台就放一个人或者无人,效率比较低
