Is located in the 5th floor without elevator the stairs are narrow and very dirty the place is very very noisy and not clean the breakfast is not in the same place you need to go down to street and the quality is bellow standard no well serve. We were 5 days and they didn't do the beds and never change the towels and bed linen. our experience was very very disappointed Is very expensive for the service they give
