The guy who checked us in was incredibly rude. The free breakfast is terrible. They only give carbs. Their milk was bad and the cereal stale. Which i could have looked past but,to top it off, they have a sign on their desk that says 3rd party bookings require a 100$ deposit and they never gave us our deposit back. They went back and forth saying they dont require one, so why is it posted on their desk? Makes no sense. They could easily show we weren't charged a deposit if they gave a receipt but they refuse. I even called and they took 2 emails of mine but still didnt send one. Seems extremely shady and really put a dent on my experience during my trip. Would not recommend.

The staff at check in was very friendly and willing to help. As for the room: the deadbolt did not lock; Tv was synced to the remote but not the Dish receiver and ended up locked on a Pay Per View channel; the A/C must have been set high because it was very warm in the room making it difficult to sleep. Dropped A/C to 60 degrees just to keep the unit running but it never really cooled down. Would not recommend staying at this facility.

This hotel was located conveniently close to the interstate yet was quiet. The room had an unpleasant smell that was reminiscent of smoke and mold. It was also generally damp throughout the room. The beds were stiff with a somewhat soft pillowtop on top of a base surrounded by metal sheets that sounded like thunder whenever accidentally bumped. There was little decoration. The breakfast was limited but adequate for us.

Upon arrival the manager was very nice. He even decided to open the pool for me that he said was broken. I was very happy about that since it was the only reason I had chose this hotel. When I got in I could see the issue was that it really needed cleaned. Lots of floating bugs and settled dirt on the bottom. It didn't really bother me though. I didn't stay in long because I was very sunburned so I was freezing. Next is our room. It smelled like smoke. I did mention this to him because I didn't want to end up paying the fee for cleaning a room that has been smoked in. He did say he would move me. But I was fine with the smell, again I just didn't want to pay the fee. The comforter on the bed was badly stained and even had a cigarette burn in it. It was comfy as we're the pillows. You get 6, so plenty there. Overall I do feel that the hotel and room were clean, and if I could find a good deal and needed to stay in the area again I would.

Awful is the best I can say, They were rude, bugs (cockroach's) in the room. The place smelled. The toilet top had a big area broken out with jagged edges. Someone else's shower was left in the shower. I would not recommend this hotel.

We arrived on a 90 degree afternoon, room AC was off, so it took hours for room to cool down; internet was spotty, but front desk was able to help with that issue.

Our room upon arrival did not smell very good, the screen was broke out, and the window was open and we were on the first floor, so that kind of made us a little nervous bathroom floor was sticky. The tub boss was broke, smoke alarm was hanging by a wire from the ceiling. The sheets were clean, good TV. It just wasn’t quite what we expected for the amount of money we paid. We did go to the store and get a can of kinda helped. and that kind of helped with the room odor.

Don’t stay here if you can avoid it.
The hotel room had a stale odor (like cigarette smoke), there was a nail polish stain on the sheets, a cigarette hole in the comforter, cigarette burns on the tub, and a sticky residue around the sink and on the ice bucket.

Coffee pot in room had coffee left in it that was starting to mold. My kids feet turned black after running around the room a few times from the carpet being dirty. Mysterious spot on comforter that looked like it would come out in the wash. Table by bed was sticky. Bathroom had leftover trash in can and on toilet base (empty soap wrappers) the toilet had what I'm assuming was poop smeared on the side probably from the plunger. There was an older couple checking in ahead of me who asked for a 4am wakeup call and the guy working asked why he can't set an alarm on his cell phone. My sister in law also ended up getting a room there at the last minute and said she had a roach in her bathroom. This is what I'd expect out of a $50/night room... Not $100+ I'm being generous by not giving 1 star ratings only because I have experienced worse!!
