The staff was very friendly & welcoming! The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable! Highly recommend! This was my second stay here & I will rebook next time I'm in town.

It wasn’t problem for us but having no elevator would be hard for some people. The beds were comfortable and the front desk employees were very friendly and helpful. The selection of the breakfast was poor.

This hotel was clean and convenient. But the customer service is next level. I would especially like to acknowledge Dawn, who went above and beyond to help me. I will never forget her kindness. I was staying at Reson in Spencer while taking care of a family member in the local hospital. Dawn could tell I was very stressed and she did everything she could to help me (modifying reservation, making sure I had what I needed) as well as offering me comforting words and support. I hope whoever is reading this sees what amazing team member you have in Dawn.

Should call it REST-LESS inn. Worst hotel bed we have ever slept on. Keurig machine broken (lid doesnt close, locking mechanism stuck). We had the suite with full kitchen, but not one pot, pan, plate, fork, spoon, spatula. Nothing, every drawer and cabinet empty. Why have a kitchen? The comp breakfast was fine, the place clean, no complaints there. Guys, get a new bed in Room 108. Wait the inlaws were 109, yea, replace that one too.

Was given a room next to washer and dryer. It was in operation in the middle of the night. Could hear everything.

Dawn was extremely helpful in assuring our comfort. She was very friendly and showed us that she had strong feeling for the motel's reputation as a safe and comfortable place to stay in the future.
