We stayed when there was some freezing rain and the sidewalks were not salted in the morning so you had to be careful. But the staff was very friendly upon check in and check out. The breakfast options were one of the best I've ever had with lots of healthy choices. The room was clean except for a little dust. The beds were very comfortable!

One night stay near family. Property was clean with easy access. Bed was good, but pillows were small and lumpy.

Guy at front desk was super helpful and nice. Room was clean. The night shift lady was also super nice. And the breakfast was awesome. So many things to choose from. Best place to stay in the area

Family stayed the weekend in a King Suite on the 2nd floor(rm 201) and ants were coming up from the floor near the vanity between the bedroom and living room. Front desk gave us spray which we used every 6 hours and said that’s all they could do, didn’t have another King Suite available. We will not stay there again, but the kids liked the pool!

There is no elevator! This hotel is not handicap friendly at all!!!! This was our first bookin sinceI had a stroke and am impaired.When we asked for another room on the 1st floor., the desk clerk said there was nothing available on the 1st floor, unless we upgraded to a King. There is nothing on the Website that let us know we would need a 1st floor. room. or that the hotel is not handicapped accessible!! The desk clerk should have offered us an even trade, from what we had booked.The queen room we stayed in was very clean, but there was nothing to aid me in the bathroom. We are in Clear Lake frequently, but we will never stay here again!!!

One of the nicest hotels we stayed at on this trip!!! The maintenance was fantastic! This certainly did not look like a 30 year old hotel!!! Beautiful lobby, marvelously maintained pool area, Breakfast included strawberries for the waffles and pancakes which was a nice surprise!!!
