Nice clean room with a comfy bed, fluffy towels and a large flat screen TV. Quiet and comfortable stay. Enjoyed the hot tub and pool. Staff was welcoming.

We have stayed here several times and typically have a good experience. This time we had asked for a ground level room because of recent health issues I have endured. This was not paid attention to and no additional rooms were available when we checked in.

I was supposed how great the hotel was! Very nice and lobby and pool area. Breakfast was great with some healthier options. Bed sheets clean and new. We had a great experience.

We had to stop here unexpectedly due to a storm and ended up checking in very late (2am). The staff was very kind during our arrival! The hotel was clean and quiet. We also really appreciated the continental breakfast!

I love the pool and the sincere courteous staff. The breakfast is well laid out and cared for. The general areas are well maintained. Rooms are in need of some basic repair, and windows are in pretty bad shape and carpet is pretty dirty.With that being said for a budget hotel the stay is decent. I stay here Everytime I come thru this area.

THE STAFF WAS GREAT. Got us out when we were LOCLKED IN yes IN our room. Milk was bad two days in a row till they threw all out. No adequate grab bar in the tub/shower. I tried to eat the dry flakes and they tasted old.
When we first went in the room it was very humid so we put the clothing in the drawers. Later the clothing was damp. Staff helped with that.

The hotel was just less than two miles from the downtown area where we spent most of our time. Our room was quiet and clean. The staff was wonderful. They were courteous, answered all our questions, and directed us to sites around the area. We ate our meals downtown at local eateries and they were all great.

We were in a room with the huge tub. The room needs to be updated with some furniture to make it more cozy and the carpet seam needs repaired. Perhaps a half glass wall to block the tub from the rest of the room? Table and chairs or two chairs and a table by the window next to the fireplace.
There seems to be a smoking group that sits outside the back door if the hotel below this room that we could hear carrying on at night!
Perhaps you need a smoking patio up by the pool area outside so guest rooms are not affected? The front door and entry glass needs to be washed everyday!!! There appeared to be
Spit Orr vomit on that area for the three days we were there. Your front staff is very friendly and helpful. They were the highlight of our stay.
