This motel has been run down. There was a sewer leak closing the hallway from the front desk to my room. The smoke dector was removered and gone from it's mounting base. No water pressure. When I attempted to take a shower, the pressure was so low the water barely trickled out of the shower head. The bath tub bottom looked like it had been broken and some made a cobbled patch when it was cracked. I wouldn't recommend this motel to any travelers, it's a disaster.

This was one of the worst lodging experiences I have ever had. From the moment I parked people smoking ********* at the door and when i entered the room, it was clear that cleanliness and maintenance were not a priority. The towels were visibly dirty, the shower was broken and unusable, the carpet was sticky underfoot, and the pillows had an awful, stale odor. On top of that, the air conditioning unit was so loud it made restful sleep impossible.
The entire environment felt unsanitary and poorly maintained, creating a sense of discomfort from start to finish. No guest should have to endure such conditions, and this property should not be operating in its current state. While the staff themselves were polite and tried to be helpful, it doesn’t change the fact that the facilities are in unacceptable condition. For the sake of guest safety and comfort, serious improvements are urgently needed.

The only good thing beds were made with clean sheets. Carpet dirty,big stain, towel racks broken, shower broken, no vent on airconditioner, lights over bed not working, tv offline (mgr. had to come sign in) 2 huge dogs roaming around inside property. Too late to go anywhere else. Left with no breakfast didnt want to chance getting sick. Will NOT be back. Need better representation of your company brand.

We forwarded your comments to our onsite manager and he was very disappointed as he remembered you and your husband immediately. He informed that you asked to pet his dogs who are both trained service animals. Our front desk clerk that night is a disabled senior and sometimes she has issues with prepaid ******* reservations and she called him to come assist since he had just left for the day. That’s why his dogs were with him. He would have happily changed the lights that were not working in your room had he been informed but we apologize they were not working properly upon our arrival. The hotel is always sold out as it was that night but we would have gladly switched rooms as we prefer to make you happy while a guest instead of responding to unhappy guests later. We do serve a wonderful hot breakfast that is included in your price and is enjoyed daily by many many guests. Again, we sincerely apologize that you were not happy while our guests. The team was disappointed also and sends their best wishes. We do hope to have an opportunity to re-earn your business one day.

Very friendly staff. Room was clean. Very simple with few amenities. Bathroom fixtures were clean but dated/damaged. Bed was firm, and extra pillows are available from the desk. But the room met our needs for the night.

This property is very old and reeks of chemical cleaners. So bad in fact that I left after 15 minutes due mainly to the smell. I had to go to a different motel.
Besides the horrible smell, the room and bathroom were not clean. There was no where to plug in to charge devices without unplugging the TV or microwave. The motel would not refund my money.

Very dirty. Non smoking room was very smoked in (had an ashtray on the dresser). Dirty boxer shorts behind the bathroom door. Torn/frayed towels.
Several animals in the lobby and free to roam.

The doggie in the lobby is the legal service animal of one of our team members but shouldn’t be walking around the lobby but some guests had asked to socialize with her at that moment. Hallways need to be vacuumed daily. Two bottom sheets w no top sheet, dingy sheets and pillow cases but not dirty, just need more bleach. Staff in outside work looking cloths, would make better impression if staff wore some sort of golf shirts and similar pants…would make much better impression

Ater seeing our room in this rundown hotel we left and did not spend the night even though we had paid in advance using *******. We booked right before our intended stay so did not try to get a refund.

Our room had clean sheets, dirty bed spreads, the white towels were old and very grey, water from tap never stopped running, light in bathroom was bare bulbs that hummed loudly, no smoke detector, the entrance door to the building had a defective handle and was hard to open. Chair in the lobby was filthy. Would not recommend
