The desk staff were very professional and courteous. The room was clean and well appointed, the beds were comfortable and the air conditioner was functional.

Not a lot of options for places to stay in Tisdale. This is the best option. Beware the beds are awful and you roll to the middle. Hotel is not very clean and is very dated/worn.

Rooms were a decent size.
Not very clean when we checked in bathtub wasn't very clean.
When rooms were made up they just restocked towels and took out garbages, didn't vaccum or tidy up at all.

Clean room. We booked 2 nights both on separate bookings they moved us to different room for second night. That room was not as nice as first room. Breakfast was very good. Would stay again.

The room was ok the ,the service was ok , the breakfast the lady was overwhelmed and could not keep up she did her very best but just had to many things to do and to many stupid guests to look after.

We booked two one night stays. Because we booked through ******* we could not check in for 2 nights. For second night we had to check in again. When we checked in again the hotel said we could not stay in same room as they were full of king bed room reservation an said ******* had booked us a queen. I showed them my ******* reservation and the said ******* had booked us a queen. They gave us a king handy cap room. Very big bathroom and smaller bed area It was not made up and was on ground floor. In general nice place would stay again. Good full breakfast in bright clean area. Place very sound proof between rooms
