Staff was very helpful and courteous, quick check-in since i pre registered day before. Hotel is older and maybe needs a little sprucing up and deep carpet cleaning. but over all for price and what we needed it was perfect.

This was probably one of the worst Super 8’s that we have ever stayed in. Which to us is very unfortunate. I would highly suggest management work on cleanliness and maybe taking the listing off of ******* until complete. Not only do we not trust Super 8 we will have an extremely hard time trusting Expedia’s reviews.
The room along with the entire facility was dirty.

Upon our arrival we were informed that our room was on the third floor even though we requested an accessible room. The rep at the counter did her best to provide us with an accessible room even though she was taking it from another customer who had requested one as well. We specifically informed her that the reason I chose the room that I chose was because it had two queen beds. The accessible room she ended up taking from another customer and giving to us had one bed in it and I find it hard to believe that that was actually an accessible room. The only thing I saw that made an accessible was that it had safety bars in the bathroom. We went back to the front desk and inform them that the room would not work for us and we would like the original room that we had selected. We will then told that they would give us a room on the second floor which would be a little more accessible for us. This room; however, was a less expensive room than the one we had initially chosen which was a sweet. We then ask for a refund for the difference of price. The manager then stepped in and told us that ******* had quoted us the wrong price and they would not going to honor that price.

There was some confusion on my part as to the nature of the reservation details. We did honor the rate once I was aware of all the details of the stay. As explained, the website details what each room type we have offers. The 2 queen bed suite is not available in an accessible room type at this location and thus accessibility was not possible without a room change. The prices we charge are very competitive for our area during our very busy summer tourist season. They are necessarily higher than other areas of the country due to how short our high season is and the effects of inflation on our operational costs. Nearly every other hotel in the area charges even higher premiums than we do especially as you get closer to Glacier National Park.

Rooms were clean. Good location (for a small MT town.) Breakfast was mostly cold items and a microwave with inexperienced staff. Still sorting out credit card payments.

The staff were very nice. it did have a laundromat and that was nice. Breakfast was limited and the bed was not comfortable.
Room had dirt on the floors but otherwise neat.
Some people loitering in the parking lot. This hotel was just ok.

The breakfast we serve exceeds the brand standards for Super 8. At at a time when other hotels eliminated breakfast amenity, we continued to serve a full continental even through the Covid years. We offer as wide a selection as possible given the small eating area.
