Checked into this property with my daughters for a two night stay, once it got dark the cockroach’s came out, room was disgusting and stink like piss!. When I finally located the person at the desk she instantly apologized and offered a refund said she would approve it when booking agent called but never did, this place is digesting along with the clientele would not recommend anyone stay here infact it shoukd be removed from ******* and condemned by the city of Franklin, Indiana!!

They charged me twice. I had to.be moved to another room, no tv or cable. Did not get ground room like i asked for. No ice anywhere for cold drinks. The people at the hotel disappeared. Nobody around for several hours. I coukd not check out or talk to someone why i was charged twice. Until i went to the ecno hotel next door. Who leave a hotel with nobody to attend the residence of the hotel

Dirty and roaches
The place is kind of sketchy pulling in. Going to the room, the floors were dirty all the way up the stairs. The room did not seem clean. There were no headboards, just platform beds. The sheets on one bed were dirty and the sheets on the other bed were do thin that I could see the stains on the mattress cover. Then I had to kill two roaches. I left. The best thing I can say is that all the employees were friendly and helpful and gave me a refund.

Lady at the front desk was nice and very helpful but the property over all was pretty trashy and our room was absolutely disgusting

Definitely a motel type feel. No lamps in room. Looked rather seedy. No elevator. We didn't stay

Horrific - this place should be shut down.
Horrific experience cannot does not and will not fully explain our experience!!! Visiting Franklin from out of town on our wedding anniversary of all days. Let’s bypass the fact that the cleanest thing in the entrance was the aquarium. I could be wrong but laundry detergent bottles and **** eaters do not go into the lobby. First off when given the key to our 1st room (that’s right 1st room) the man said “if anyone is in there just let me know” 😳. We proceeded to go into the room and a young man met us on the other side of the door very surprised. Not even for the fact that we were entering but as if he had gotten caught. We went down and let the man at the desk know and we were given another room. This one checked out so we decided to go to dinner. We returned and proceeded to enter our room, and it had been given to SOMEONE ELSE! Are you kidding me?!?! So this same gentleman, who we had to go outside and find, walked down the hall (where might I and had paper plates taped to door and gave us a room with turned over beds that had been slept in. One pillow for two beds. Ashes and shoe strings on the floor (obviously the non smoking sign means squat and you should probably check the smoke detectors because it can almost be guaranteed that they DO NOT WORK! Trash on the sink and the fridge smelled like old hot spoiled food. we had to ask for clean sheets blankets and towels because why wouldn’t a facility have clean sheets and blankets and towels in a room!

I travel for a LIVING. Every week, I'm in a different city or state. I've stayed at some questionable places, but this place takes the cake! Most disgusting, bug infested place I ever stayed. It was only for one night, and I almost slept in my truck. The first room we were in had a leaking a/c, and a glove hanging out of what should have been a smoke detector. The next room had a bed frame that broken in half and bugs climbing the walls. 15 years of traveling full time, and I have never stayed at a worse place. I emailed the health dept with photos and pray to all things holy they got shut down.

There was a 11pm curfew for children… which is much too late. Now if the children were quiet maybe… but they were very loud.
A/c worked great. After being outside in 90 degree heat all day it worked well cooling us down. Recommend bringing your own towels. It was affordable, and decent for the price I paid. I just wish they would keep the noose out of the hallway much sooner than 11pm.
