I arrived late at night. I simply picked up a phone by the door, and a nice gentleman came to check me in. I received my door key, and went to the room. This is the first hotel I have ever felt fine enough to walk around without socks on. The entire room was very clean. The area was quiet until morning around 7AM, but until then, silent. The heat worked great, the pillows were nice and comfortable, the bed was comfortable; I have no complaints regarding my stay at this hotel. I most definitely will be staying here again in the future. Thank you so much to the owners, for being so kind, friendly, and caring about the rooms the way you do.

The rooms was very nice and clean. Beautiful autumn colors and views. The only down fal was the Continental breakfast there was nothing just coffee and yogurt. That was disappointing.

I booked the property at 12:24 in the morning they have plenty of availability but the man the manager who obviously was living there, refused to allow me to check in because the insisted it was for the next day or rather later that same day after 3:00 p.m. I explained to him that I it was my error but I needed the room for that evening and I had already paid for it and he still refused to allow me access, I probably could have lived with that but he was extremely rude and disagreeable

The room rate here is about half of other hotels in Marion (yay!) and this is the only reason to stay here. The bed was comfortable but blanket was old and showed its age, and don’t expect the same amenities as the other hotels. Rooms here still have the huge window wall and those under the window AC units so the room has isn’t super dark, evenly heated or cooled, and you hear the cars and people in the parking lot. Make plans to eat breakfast elsewhere, theirs is literally just muffin ina plastic bag, two kinds of cereal with milk, or yogurt, nothing else.

So using a third party to reserve a room leaves you all in. If you ended up neefing to leave ypu cannot be refunded. I also dislike the fact that people are very rude an noisy. No respect for people in other rooms. Walk by as loud as they can be.. maybe i got in late and was sleeping in? No not now becarude of loud noisy people.

I mistakenly booked a room there intending to reserve on another property. I went to the front desk within a couple of hours after booking and told the attendant that I would not need the reservation. The attendant told me she could not help me and that I would be charged for the room, regardless. ******* was also not help and does not seem to care about the experience of their customers.

The only problem I had with my room was that in the shower there was absolutely no water pressure and the water was lukewarm at best...

Stephanie did a great job of getting me in a ground level room. Claudia cleaned the room as good as my home. When im in the area again, no question this is where ill stay.
