Room was nicer than expected. Freshly cleaned.
The remotes for both tvs didn't work properly.
The shower drain was so loose it had been left uneven and unfortunately caused an injury.
Had a bit of a rude awakening by housekeeping at about 830a when they were loudly cleaning an adjacent room. Doors were slamming and it was impossible to sleep in for our long drive. Ended up checking out 3 hours earlier than planned.

Very disappointed. The hot tub jets weren’t working. I checked on that in August also, so figured after that long it would have been fixed by the time we arrived in October.
My father fell in the shower - no bath mat - very unsafe.
The staff work very hard and were extremely helpful with everything.

酒店回复: We have had alot of trouble with our jet pump. We got it fixed in August. It started leaking water 3 more times in September. Every time we fixed it, it went down again. Our new pump arrived Monday. It is installed and seems to be working well. My apologies. I am very sorry to hear that your father fell. All of the rooms should have a bath mat. I will look up your room number and check that room our.

Hotel upon entry smeeld very musty. Beds looked clean, room well organized. Just a musty smell to the place. Did not even stay the whole night.

Check in staff could have been much friendlier. she gave the impression I was bothering her. She came from the back room to check me in. Gave me the impression I was interrupting her.

We stay at this location at least once per year. It is always a plesure to visit because everything is absolutely perfect. From the smooth and effortless check-in to a clean and safe room to checking out with "Please stay with us again" make the the VERY BEST Super 8 that we have EVER stayed in !!!

This Super 8 was a nice surprise as to how nice it was. Besides the hot tub not working everything was great and I would stay again.

Didnt let me check in 30 min early t no water but provide coffee?han hesitate to let me check out at 1130..Never have problems with hotel..no orange juice

酒店回复: I am sorry that they did not let you check in early. I know that we had 2 housekeepers call in sick. I will have to check it out. There should have been no problem checking out at 11:30. I will speak to the staff about that and the orange juice. We do have an ice machine around the corner and a sink in the lobby. The tap water in Monroe is good to drink. I will speak to the staff about the other issues. Thank you for staying with us.

前台人员很和善，还为我们推荐了一家很棒的餐厅。房间的床垫上有宠物毛发，但房间里没有宠物或香烟的味道，尽管铺设了地毯。唯一真正的问题是马桶一直在漏水，而且它也不是“出汗”（凝结水珠），另外，当你离开房间时，暖气就会自动关闭，所以当你从泳池回来时，房间里一点都不暖和。
泳池很好，热水浴缸也很暖和。泳池毛巾就放在甲板上，这样你就不用去前台拿了。早餐最多只能算是差强人意吧。
