It was the best room we have stayed in since our honeymoon in the Poconos 27 years ago. The hot tub and the size of the room was amazing. Plenty of room to dance the night away! Loved it. Highly recommend!

Booked room was switched out for pet use even though site didnt show no pets allowed in it. Toilet paper was almost entirely used up when we arrived. No towels in pool area so entire hotel was wet from kids etc running around wet including us.

I've stayed here every time I'm in East Troy. I booked my room and paid in full back in July and requested a first floor room. I was told by hotel employees on 3 separate occasions that there was no problem with the first floor including once in August and once the night before my arrival. I explained to them that I have bad knees and since this hotel has no elevator, I require the first floor. The night of my arrival, I called to tell them that I was stuck in traffic in Chicago and would be late arrival. I asked again about my room and was advised that I would be on the second floor. I lost my mind and let them know how I felt. They suddenly had a first floor room for me. These people are liars and are not to be trusted. The woman I spoke to that night had been replaced by a man when I arrived. When I brought up the subject about the room and how pissed I was, he would not answer me or make any eye contact during check in. He looked down at the counter every time he spoke like a child who got caught or a coward. Take your pick. This is the only hotel in this town and they take advantage of customers because they can.

Service was great. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. The only complaint is that our room smelled like cigarette smoke. Overall a good stay.

Stayed here to attend an Alpine Valley music festival. Great location, parking, and breakfast. Staff were amazing and super helpful. The room was huge. Only complaints was our room had an odd smell and was humid and stuffy feeling. And we had to wipe down the bathroom floor because it was sticky. Not sure if it has anything to do with the pets that are allowed or not. But overall our experience was good.

Said there was accessible rooms but gave them to non handicapped people. And when I checked in as a person with a disability and booked an accessible room. There was none available

Good price
Bathroom was very clean. The front desk people and housekeepers were very friendly. We loved going in the hot tub after a day at my nephew's wedding.
