The hotel gentleman was very nice and professional. The room is very clean.
However they only have one luggage carrier so we had to wait to use one.

Check-in experience was rough. We called ahead saying we would be checking in late and there was no one at the front desk when we arrived. We ended up having to call and they finally came to the front desk to check us in. Breakfast was lacking and few of the machines were broken.

Clean, quiet, well maintained. Decent breakfast, could maybe use a few more fruit and juice options. Like most hotels of this kind needs better lighting in the rooms. Women appreciate more light to dress and fix our hair and makeup (besides the bathroom) and especially when more than one woman is sharing a room. Good value at this price range. Would stay here again.

The reason I gave 2⭐️ is because the week of the wedding the owner called several people that were in the wedding or attending it and told them they had to cancel their reservations due to “construction” or he told them he over booked! He was in fact quite rude about it! This was very upsetting to us and our guests!! So just a word of warning, maybe go to the hotel in Mukwonago.

It was the best room we have stayed in since our honeymoon in the Poconos 27 years ago. The hot tub and the size of the room was amazing. Plenty of room to dance the night away! Loved it. Highly recommend!

Booked room was switched out for pet use even though site didnt show no pets allowed in it. Toilet paper was almost entirely used up when we arrived. No towels in pool area so entire hotel was wet from kids etc running around wet including us.

I've stayed here every time I'm in East Troy. I booked my room and paid in full back in July and requested a first floor room. I was told by hotel employees on 3 separate occasions that there was no problem with the first floor including once in August and once the night before my arrival. I explained to them that I have bad knees and since this hotel has no elevator, I require the first floor. The night of my arrival, I called to tell them that I was stuck in traffic in Chicago and would be late arrival. I asked again about my room and was advised that I would be on the second floor. I lost my mind and let them know how I felt. They suddenly had a first floor room for me. These people are liars and are not to be trusted. The woman I spoke to that night had been replaced by a man when I arrived. When I brought up the subject about the room and how pissed I was, he would not answer me or make any eye contact during check in. He looked down at the counter every time he spoke like a child who got caught or a coward. Take your pick. This is the only hotel in this town and they take advantage of customers because they can.
