Very nasty dirty , the male receptionist was so disgusting and rude to customers yelling and screaming . Terrible experience roaches was smashed on the wall , stuff spilled in bathroom sink that ain’t get cleaned and the sheets lord was so stained up and he did not want to do anything about it until I had to get right with him !

The most uncomfortable bed AND PILLOWS. The pillows must have been the cheapest quality, zero cushion. Hotel in its entirety needs a major update especially the elevator. Unfortunately I would not recommend nor come back, wasn’t even worth the time.

The room had a kind of musty smell. One of the dressers drawer was missing the bottom. The front to the ice machine was falling off. And there was never anybody at the front desk. You always had to ring the bell.

Horrible hotel to stay at WiFi ****** and staff was not at front desk when I got there had to wait about 15 minutes room looked like they hardly cleaned it.

Out of date lodging
The room has not been updated in about 20 years. The showerhead was coming off the wall. The bed were stiff and uncomfortable. The wifi had absolutely no speed to it. If they did some updates, the hotel would be great

The first room they put me in did not have functioning air. the second room had no refridgerator, microwave or internet. Told the front desk, and they didn't even apologize.

我们大约8点15分出去吃早餐，结果没有盘子，没有橙汁，没有牛奶，没有吐司，只有几个松饼，面糊只够做一个华夫饼，非常令人失望。我之后要去退伍军人事务部（VA）看病，本来以为去之前能吃上早餐。
