Nobody was at the desk to check us in. Waited for 20 minutes before he finished a phone call outside and came in to check us in, never even apologized.
Hotel is in dirty condition. Bathroom doesn’t have tub plug, doesn’t have enough towels.
Tv is like I went back in time, fuzzy worst definition I’ve see.
No water in gym

We did not go there. I tried to cancel but was not successful. It was in the wrong direction from where we were.

Unfriendly staff, Lobby and hallways not climate controlled.Weird smell throughout.Have stayed here many times before and didn’t have these issues, not sure what has changed.

Front desk was amazing. Especially at check in. Would stay again just because of the service.
Cons : Breakfast had very limited options.
Hotel needs some upkeep. Shower handle was broken. Carpets were dirty. Walls and window had cracks. We had a view of the green pool.
Other than that our stay was excellent.

Lobby, hall ways, and elevator weather were filthy dirty and they smelled bad. First room had strong smell of mold and had visible mold around an electrical outlet. Staff was very apologetic and assigned to an another room. 2nd room was much better but still had a funny smell. Towels were not stocked very well. Only one full-size bath towel…

The elevator is absolutely disgusting.
Looks like it hasn't been cleaned in years. Other than that everything else was fine.

I had to wait 15 minutes for a manager to show up to check me in.
I had reserved a king bed and was given two queens. Later found out a king was available.
Room only had warm water. Not hot.
The eggs and coffee were good.
The cinnamon rolls were barely warm in the middle.

I get it that it is a stop and go “express” but come on the elevators were a mess and not up kept. Properly was a wreck. ceiling had a horrible water stain that was not patched. Said coffee but no coffee pot, towels better just bring your own. Hey but the beds were good.
