Room was clean beds was comfortable. They literally had no breakfast options. It was an apple or an orange. This is my first time staying here so maybe it’s a norm. I was sad. I wanted a waffle.

Staffer was friendly and expeditious with the check-in process. Hotel lobby permeated a fresh scent but was filthy. Numerous kids playing in a soccer may have contributed to it. The room was modern, clean and bed comfortable.

到达房间时，被告知房间配备的是一张特大床和一张沙发床。结果没有沙发床，而且百叶窗只能拉到一半。根本没有隐私，既没法穿衣服也没法睡觉。房间里光线非常亮。
我们入住时，房间椅子上放着一个用过的电子烟。我有两个小孩，他们可能会发现并碰到它。我告诉了酒店工作人员，但他们并没有采取任何措施。
屋顶和空调机组附近到处都是蜘蛛。
酒店在未事先通知我们的情况下取消了预订，导致我们未能入住，我们迫切要求退款。
