Breakfast was good. Staff friendly, loxation is convenient, The room was dusty, we all had respiratory issues after staying for 1 night.

No a/c or heat! Could not use safe! Room was not very clean stuff in shower and under bed! Sheets in bed were not clean and not even made under the comforter!

No bottled water as promised, bed was uncomfortable and room was freezing cold. Due to uncomfortable bed I won't stay here again. Blackout curtains work to serve as a frame for the light which comes in through the sides

Sink was dirty and stopped up. Would not drain. Pillows had an odor. Requested and received different pillow. Sink was fixed. Check in was quick and efficient. Adam was very professional and saw to our needs. The bed was soso. Just be aware that your room will only be serviced every other day of your stat.

Upon arrival we were greeted by Adam who was very friendly and professional. He went out of his way to call the restaurant where we had a dinner reservation to request they give us permission to park and leave our car throughout the evening. The room was spotless. The bed was very comfortable too. Even though we didn’t use it, we were impressed that the room even had a dishwasher and a regular size refrigerator.

Great room, clean, friendly staff.
Coffee machine didn’t work in our room, but we took it from downstairs. I wish the hotel offered espresso coffee or at least had a bit stronger regular one. Overall , good experience. Would stay there again.

This hotel was amazing! Rooms extremely spacious. Well stocked and such nice amenities. The only negative thing I have to say is although the hotel itself is smoke free guest were still allowed to smoke outside the door which was such an inconvenient to constantly get hit in the face with puffs of smoke while try long to leave or enter the building by the chainsmokers that were outside all the time. Also occupied the lovely fire pit for HOURS and chain smoking there as well. We would have loved to enjoy that amenity offered by could not because of the smoking. It would be nice if the smoke free space extended to the entire property, including the front doors and parking area. Other than that it was an amazing stay and we’d definitely come back!

Patricia was a rockstar! She was professional, had a lovely temperament, and was a wonderful representative for the Hilton family.
Likewise, the property was exactly what we needed.
The gentleman at the front desk on Friday evening was also pleasant and professional to the guests.
