Stay was wonderful. Hotel property was clean all around -from the outside areas of patio, pool, and walkways. Also, the inside of hotel lobby area, hallways, and dining area. Stay was enjoyable and nice. Staff was always around and easy to ask for assistance if needed.
Only negative thing I can say about our stay is we didn't stay many days! That was on our end but overall our stay was wonderful and location was away from busy area so that was a nice change of scenery for us. Keep up the great work!

They were overbooked so we got to stay in a Homewood suite which was awesome. The room was beautiful but a couple things missed the mark. The kitchen trash wasn't emptied and overflowing when we checked in, the shampoo into the shower was also out. The trim on top of the shower was also falling off. We had to ask multiple times for the trash to be emptied and to get shampoo. The oddest thing was the fire alarm went off every night around 9 or 10. I wouldn't care as much normally but we were traveling with an infant and that loud blaring woke her up everytime after we've already put her down.

We were looking for a comfortable room near the CBX for an early morning departure. The hotel was conveniently located and was very comfortable. I would use them again in a heartbeat.
房间内味道比较浓烈，和前台美女沟通，美女说没有什么味道，然后让另一位美女过来闻味道，显然这位经验丰富，马上去拿了空气清新剂喷洒。整体感觉还是不错的。
高天花板房间，空间更宽敞，早餐也很棒。
在山上，周边吃的走路可到，安静
我们 2:15 到达，被告知我们的房间要到下午 3 点（正式入住时间）才能准备好。我们在泳池区等房间。检查了几次之后，我们的房间在 3:45 准备好了。我们怀疑他们把我们的房间给了别人，因为他们要参加一个大型会议。那天晚上我们很晚（午夜）回来后，房间钥匙不能用了，夜班人员也修不好。我们在走廊里坐了一个多小时，等他们解决这个问题！我们登记入住时，有一名工作人员非常夸张而且粗鲁。这是我在公共服务部门遇到的最粗鲁的人。浴室里的洗发水和护发素瓶子都是空的。我的朋友在圣地亚哥的一家大型度假村工作，她说这家酒店的员工是她见过的最差的，而且酒店本身的管理也很差。
上周末我第三次入住汉普顿酒店，住了两晚。我经常住在这里，因为每次回家探亲，这里离家人都很近，而且每次都让我很满意。酒店位置便利，附近有餐厅、咖啡店、甜甜圈店、商店和购物中心，距离我们上次去的芝麻街乐园大约15分钟路程。汉普顿酒店的员工非常友好，办理入住手续非常便捷，而且他们24小时提供热咖啡、热水/茶。酒店每天都提供早餐，虽然我没吃过，但早餐总是香喷喷的，餐厅也总是挤满了人。酒店新增了一项我很喜欢的功能，上次入住时没有，那就是短信功能。工作人员会发短信欢迎你或询问你的入住情况，你可以回复。这是最后一次（这可能是我唯一的不满），虽然他们不是每天都打扫房间，但我完全可以接受，但我会要求他们提供干净的毛巾。这次我入住第二天第一件事就是打电话给前台，要求换几条新毛巾，他们很乐意地接受了。后来我出去玩回来，毛巾还没送来，于是我给前台发了条短信，他们回复说会尽快送来，但毛巾一直没送来。晚餐前我又要了毛巾，他们说毛巾正在路上。我告诉他们我已经去吃晚餐了，他们很乐意让我进去，把毛巾放在……
圣地亚哥住宿
我们临时决定带女儿去圣地亚哥动物园玩，虽然这家酒店离动物园只有25分钟的路程，但评价最高。抵达后，大家都热情欢迎我们，房间也还好，只是在两张床上的一张上发现了一些头发，所以我们只用了一张，卫生间的墙也有点脏。早上有热早餐，还不错。总的来说，这次住宿体验很棒。虽然那个周末有很多孩子，好像是某种游泳比赛，但总体来说还算安静，我2岁的女儿睡得很好。最棒的是，整个酒店都是无烟的，游泳池早上很早就开放到很晚，但我们没有用，而且退房时间是中午，因为我有女儿，所以这对我们来说是必须的。谢谢。
很适合出差。
我希望价格能好一点。
