酒店回复: Dear Cassie,I wish you would call the hotel directly because somewhere there has been a communication break down. We offered to upgrade your room and move you the moment you reported it at 10:30 on Thursday night. I offered to move you twice the next day. Once at 8 am and again when I saw you in the lobby. You refused and said it was fine. As far as the temperature goes, what we said was that 74 degrees is the IHG Brand Standard to set the air on when the room is unoccupied and it may take a bit to cool down. I also said that as long as it was between 68 and 72 it would not freeze. When I asked you if you wanted to move, you said that it was down to 71 degrees and you did not want to move. I continued to ask you how the air was throughout your stay and you said fine. Our maintenance man did check the room as promised, and he checked the temperature of the air coming into the room and it was 70 degrees. We are sorry to hear that you will not be back, as we did everything we could to help. Thanks again for the feedback.
