Additionally, we were not informed at any point that the water was cold. Had we known, we would have done our best to address the issue as soon as possible.Concerning housekeeping, we are genuinely surprised to hear your comments. This is the first time we've received such feedback, especially considering the category and standards of our accommodation. Part of our service includes tidying the room in a way that enhances your overall experience, and of course, we always strive to do so respectfully. However, if the service did not suit your personal preferences, we wish we had been informed during your stay, so we could have adjusted accordingly.Regarding the breakfast options, again, we were not made aware that the menu did not meet your needs. We would have been more than happy to explore alternatives or offer custom solutions where possible.We sincerely thank you for your comments.
