The staff was rude and horrible. Everything was dirty. They made me pay a 50 deposit and took 20 dollars because the towels were “black” after I used my spare towel to wipe down surfaces.

The room was infested with roaches, had stains and multiple holes in the blanket and mold growing in various parts of the room and bathroom. Our door and lock was also broken. After addressing the issues and safety concerns with staff they refused to help me and then stood outside my room all night talking about me loudly on the phone.

THIQS PLACE IS TERRIBLE, BOTHING LIKE I EXPECTED. Hotel O is much different in other states, like my home city and state, ( SW Houston, Texas. This hotel was disgusting, dirty, unclean, unsafe, thin walls, could hear someone puking and it soundsed so close that she was puking in my bathroom. I was a refund

Staff was very nice , room was very nice as well except the sink was nasty and kept getting clogged up .

The toilet didnt flush and there was no plunger.
Front desk people where real friendly.
Definitely needs an update but overall was fine

This is a good place to stay. It's ssafe. But The floor was absolutely filthy. Got out of the shower and the bottoms my feet were brown within seconds . The AC didn't work in 112.
I needed a room so I wasn't picky... probably should have been a little more picky.
