It is a hotel with basic logding if you need a place to stop overnight. It is located across the new train station for the Tren Oceanico connecting Oaxaca to Verracruz. Owner was friendly. Free wifi. Clean room with towels. Shower and toilet has an open roof into the room. Air conditioning and fan. If you speak Spanish it is a plus. There is a Cafe across the street.
