Stayed at the Sonder for the second time. First time in Detroit was terrific. This location fell short. Difficulty initially getting into the parking location. The room was poorly decorated with a most uncomfortable sofa and one chair. Not the best neighborhood. Accessing television required a subscription through your phone. Really? So no TV/news for our stay.

This is a great place to stay when doing business in central Minneapolis and you're tired of tiny hotel rooms. This one-bedroom apartment offered all the amenities - living room and full kitchen - with an adjacent Target store to stock up on food and drinks! No shortage of good restaurants and coffee shops in this walkable neighborhood. It's also a short walk to the trails encircling Lake Harriet and Bde Maka Ska. If there is a downside, it's the parking garage across the alley at Walkway. While extremely convenient, the garage does not have an automated process for entering or exiting the garage when paying through Spot Hero. The rate was great but having to summon a person to relay the code in order to open the gate or buzz you into the pedestrian lobby adds a little extra time to parking. All in all, space was clean, comfortable, and the keyless entry was exceptionally convenient. Can't say enough about the quality and value offered!

The Good: Nice place in a nice neighborhood. Easy to check-in and check-out. Very clean. A lot of amenities. The Bad: I would have liked to see some t.v. options outside of having to cast from my own device. The exposed mechanics in the ceiling leads to a lot of noise in the morning. Trickling water noises and what not. I also wasn't a big fan of their verification process. Take a picture of three sides of my head then upload my i.d. (even though I already have that on file for AirBnB). They say it's for safety, but I don't know how much safer that really makes anyone. Despite those drawbacks, I would stay here again. Definitely worth the hassle to book to be in a clean place with easy check-in in a great location.

Lovely rental. I rented for 2 1/2 weeks. The neighborhood is under going some evolution that requires careful consideration for personal security and parking. But the facility is secure, lovely, clean, and quiet. I am comfortable navigating the challenges of urban living so was comfortable with this location. There it is a lovely grocery store within two blocks, are some decent eating options clise by. And the best of Minneapolis is within a 15 minute drive. There are many many urban activities within a mile.

Well organized with spacious closet/ storage space and washer/dryer. Clean and orderly. Nice bathroom space. Just right if not wanting any or much time inside due to limited living room space in studio.
