The coffee machine in the room was not working. They do not have champagne glasses at the roof top Restaurante, so I had my champagne on a white wine glass… they told me “that” was a champagne glass!!! very disappointing!

The overnight parking fee was outrageously high at $45. We found an alternative two blocks away for $10 overnight.

Happened to book two different hotels, not realizing, should have stayed with the Canopy both nights. Amazing hotel amazing staff fantastic aesthetics. My next stay downtown Columbus will definitely be with the Canopy.

Very modern update cute property. They have valet bistro at main lobby iconic rooftop if you in town must visit. Very clean welcoming atmosphere drinks are amazing. Highly recommended this property. Great job team

Friendly, comfortable, relaxing spot. Will definitely be back. Price was a little steep because it is OSU homecoming weekend.

Our stay at the Canopy was the best. We were very happy with everything during our Parents Weekend and the Buckeye game. Would absolutely stay here again. Thank you!

一定要订早餐！很丰富又好吃，店员也很亲切。只是有很多服务（清洁，牙刷刮胡刀等）都要自己向柜台要求才有，这方面服务不算太亲切。 不过房间很大离会议场所也近，非常推荐。
