Comfortable and clean, excellent value compared to a hotel. Easy walking distance to downtown and east 6th. Not noisy, barely saw neighbors. Nice pool area. Free garage parking. Would definitely stay here again. The only downside was that directions and finding our unit were a bit confusing. Then the fob they left for us didn’t work on any of the doors. We had to get a little creative to work around that. Still a great stay and experience.

Everything was clean and nice. The couch bed was very uncomfortable though, so we had to take turns one day bed and one day couch (we where two people staying in the room). At the end we decided to close the couch bed and sleep on it like that. It was better but still very uncomfortable. The bed was ok. The room window was directly in front of a bus stop and the street was loud. Everything else was great! We used the pool and de gym and they where both great to have. There is a small store near by (aprox. 10 min walking distance) called Quickie Picky. There we found everything we needed for breakfast.

Apartment was so clean and all the amenities in the building made our stay fun, safe, and relaxing. Would 10/10 recommend this location especially if you’re traveling with a car-super safe garage parking.

We have stayed in A LOT of hotels and a handful of Airbnb's. This is by far the best stay and customer service experience. We were pleasantly surprised with the amenities. We didn't have enough towels though. Since it's not a hotel, it wasn't completely clear how to get them. But, I probably should've text them.

Great location, right by Franklins BBQ. Quiet and well kept building. Will stay again in 322. Pool was a little cool, but the outside area was shaded and peaceful. BBQ grills were available if you choose to do so.

Please pay attention to the disclaimers on "city noise" and realize if the noise is too much for you Sonder will do nothing to help you but instead direct you to their legal disclaimers. I live in NYC, so I expected some noise coming to East Austin and assumed it would be manageable. Boy, was I wrong! The noise in the first floor unit I got stuck in, which is next to the I-35 interstate entry, is unlike anything I've ever heard of in a vacation rental (likely due to the lack of solid building materials + low floor unit rather than the location itself). Sonder will offer you a noise machine to cope; in my instance, that noise machine never arrived. As a result I can't comment on how much the noise machine they apparently offer helps in drowning out the noises of non-stop traffic and honking horns well past midnight. The result: I found it impossible to work here or sleep here and had to checkout after my first night of literally 0 sleep. Unfortunately Sonder didn't seem to care are are happy to charge me over $1100 for what ended up being a one night stay. I've stayed at numerous Sonder units across the world with great experiences before this; my first Sonder stay was back in 2020. This location, and the response by Austin's management team, really pushed the needle in the wrong direction for me and I won't ever be using Sonder again. I would advise there are probably great units in this building that depending on where they are and what floor they are on might OK. Throw the dice but I hope you don't end up where I did on the ground floor right by the busy street and interstate entrance (unless loud, constant noise is not an issue for you through all hours of the day and night).

We visited Austin twice with my daughter and stayed at two locations in Austin (5th and 11th street). We absolutely loved both! Our place at the 11th street was enormous and we enjoyed staying there so much that we didn’t want to leave! This place truly felt like home. The lounge was perfect to jump on a zoom call. The gym and pool were clean and never too crowded! This place is amazing if you have children.

Our apartment was huge and super reasonable for how big and beautiful it was. Centrally located w infinite good food and everything austin has to offer all around you. I’ve stayed at sonders around the world bc I travel a lot and w them I always get huge apartments for super cheap. The trick is you have to download the sonder app and book directly through them and you get huge discounts and the best customer service. Never using Airbnb again. Sonder is the only way to go. I love this place and I love this company. So impressed

Second stay in a Sonder, and I’m a convert. It’s like an Airbnb without any hassles. Everything is considered, clean and all instructions are clear. Clean up as you leave, but no one will lose their mind if you forget to pick up a towel lol
