Nice hotel with lots of green surrounding it. Problems that occurred were solved promptly. The staff is very dedicated to make the guests happy. Astha was a great help among others.

Very comfortable stay. Friendly staff. Astha served in the breakfast room and was very efficient. Ambience is very nice. Check in is without any trouble. We stayed for two nights.

This is one of the worst properties in Kanpur. Considering the prices, the amenities are extremely disappointing.In the bathroom, there is no body wash provided—only shampoo. I asked multiple times for body wash, but no one responded, so it seems guests are expected to bathe with shampoo. Hot water is available only between 7 AM and 10 AM, and even during my visit on December 2, in winter, the geyser was not switched on. The service was very poor; despite calling at least eight times and waiting for over two hours, I still didn’t receive the requested items.The security and staff were equally unhelpful—they did not assist with luggage or show basic courtesy. The restaurant service was another disappointment; the waiters were busy using their phones for 10–15 minutes and completely ignored the guests.Overall, a very poor experience and not worth the price.

It was good experience. Room was clean and ambience was good. Food was good. Aastha really helped us in managing room and breakfast. Her sweet behaviour makes our stay quiet well.

Nice stay great ambience….nice rooms and cleaned also which is very important …very kind staff specially astha..she’s so kind and nice with us during our entire stay..we’re late for the breakfast she still arrange everything for us and makes our stay very comfortable….special thanks to her💕

The stay experience was awesome, staffs are humble and provides good hospitality. Reception area needs to be bigger and at the prime location in the resort. Overall food, services and rooms are good. I will recommend it to everyone
