I had to check in to the hotel at one location, then walk a couple of blocks to park my car, then walk another block and a half to the building with my room. No map is given to you although a "guide to kingston" handed out does have a map of the area with the buildings marked but when you're trying to find your hotel room, walking around in the cold, it would be nice to have a map in hand so one knows where one is going. Really not worth the price as I could have stayed elsewhere for half the price. I don't recommend this hotel.

Closer on-street parking is available, but we offer complimentary onsite parking lots so guests can avoid the need to continuously feed the parking meters.As mentioned, we do provide an area map in our guest materials, and our team is always available to help with directions. However, we appreciate your suggestion for clearer, more immediately accessible wayfinding and continue to refine how we communicate arrival and navigation details.Our pricing reflects the character, design, and location of the property, though we recognize that this style of experience may not be the right fit for every traveler. We appreciate you taking the time to share your perspective and sincerely hope to welcome you back in the future.

Quiet, spotless, generously sized room and bath; comfy bed; clean design style in an historic building in Uptown Kingsley. Responsive front desk. The restaurant offerings were fair, but we found better food elsewhere in walking distance. Didn't diminish our stay.

安顿下来后，我们遇到了多个问题。淋浴 5 分钟后热水就用完了，所以我们无法给宝宝洗澡。我们房间里的恒温器坏了，我们无法调节温度，温度非常高。其中一个水槽的塞子拧不开，所以整个晚上都只装了一半的水，无法使用。房间里没有免费的茶壶或咖啡机。我们还被告知大楼里没有客房服务。考虑到这么多的问题和我们为房间支付的价格，我们决定不住第二晚，并要求退还当晚的费用；我从未遇到过对客人如此缺乏同情心的酒店管理团队！
